  8. • Daniel Oram's LZH module is used for compression and decompression.

  10. • Code compression done with BASS' !Crunch (The SA compatible version).

  12. • All text and code written using the excellent Zap.

  14. • Photos scanned on an Epson GT9000 using Twain and Imagemaster 
  15.   from David Pilling.

  17. • Landscape graphics produced using Vista Pro 3 on an Amiga 1200.

  19. • !TemplEd by Dick Alstein produced the templates.
